Operator responsibility
The product is the player only. These conditions are an essential part of the white-label offer:
- BMC Technologies provides the player software only. It does not host, distribute, sell or supply channels, playlists, movies, series or subscriptions.
- The operator is solely responsible for the content, playlists, servers and subscriptions it offers its customers, and for holding the rights and licences required to distribute them.
- The operator handles copyright claims relating to its content and answers to its customers and to rights holders.
- BMC Technologies may suspend or withdraw an app upon valid copyright claims or requests from a competent authority.
- White label is not offered to anyone who cannot show they hold rights to the content they distribute.

StreamingPro TV is a video player. We do not offer or sell channels, playlists, subscriptions or any IPTV or streaming service. Each user loads the playlist supplied by their own provider and is responsible for having authorised access to that content.
